THE FITNESS ROOM
The course is for women who are between 6 weeks (12 weeks for C Section) and 6 months postnatal. The course will target the whole body, but more specifically on the areas that will have been affected by pregnancy, such as your abdominal area, back, posture, glutes and hip flexors. The course will also help with Diastasis Recti.

The sessions are held in North Sheffield and are designed for busy mums to come and get a decent workout without having to worry about having someone to look after the kids or pay for extra childcare. You will work at your own level, meaning you can make the sessions as hard or as easy as you want.

BUGGYFIT
Buggyfit fitness classes for mums and babies are an hour long, and usually involve a 3 – 5 mile route in total. Classes start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Each class includes group exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups, and enable us to cope with the demands of motherhood. We finish off with a cool down and stretch.
