Inactive: Doing less than 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week.
Moderate Intensity Activity: Activity where you raise your breathing rate whilst still being able to hold a conversation.
Vigorous Intensity Activity: Activity that leaves you out of breath or sweating. These activities require a large amount of effort and cause rapid breathing and a substantial increase in heart rate.
